We also require copies of the information pages from your policies as well as final audit statements from the last 6 years.
The Review Phase
If our team identifies any errors during the review, they will contact your insurance carrier or the rating authority to correct the errors. We will keep following up on the process until the necessary actions are taken and the requested corrections have been made. Once the corrections are reflected in the data, we ensure that the credit, refund, or reduced premium is reflected in your account.
Preliminary Analysis of Class Codes & Payrolls
During the review, our team also conducts a preliminary analysis of the classifications and payrolls to identify and help you with any concerns you may have about the classification of your employees, the payrolls being used, and how the annual audit is conducted by the insurance carrier. If this analysis concludes that you are due for a premium refund, we will help you get it by scheduling a final audit review. During this audit, our auditor will review your payroll records, identify any errors, and offer detailed instructions on how to secure a refund.
