Our CEO is a licensed New York Workers’ Compensation Consultant with over 30 years of experience in workers’ compensation premium recovery. Since 1993, she has carried out thousands of successful audits and recovered millions of dollars for clients in overpaid premiums. She founded Agard & Associates LLC in 2019 with the sole mission of repaying companies their long due overpaid premiums.
